We’re looking for graduates who are ambitious, curious and ready to learn. The programme is designed to give you experience across several key areas of the business, helping you build a solid understanding of how a modern, technical and customer‑focused organisation works.
Over the course of your rotations, you’ll take on meaningful work, develop commercial awareness and build the foundations for a long‑term career.
What you’ll experience
During the 2 year programme, you’ll rotate through departments such as:
Business Development
You’ll learn how we understand our market and customer needs, support client communication and contribute to commercial planning. You’ll have the chance to get involved in tenders, marketing activity and business planning.
Projects
This rotation will give you an insight into how large technical projects are scoped, delivered and managed. You will see the full project cycle from design, scoping, procurement, technical installation, commissioning and post implementation review.
Service
You’ll work alongside teams responsible for this fast-paced day‑to‑day service operation, looking at performance, planning and reporting. You’ll also gain practical insight by spending time with our field teams.
HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality)
You’ll develop an understanding of how we maintain safe, compliant operations. This includes exposure to risk assessments, audits, reporting and supporting investigations when incidents occur.
Procurement and Fleet
Here you’ll see how we source materials, equipment and services, and how supplier relationships and negotiations fit into wider commercial performance. You’ll also support cost analysis and supply chain activity.
Human Resources
You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, training and general employee relations. This rotation also gives you a good grounding in employment law, payroll and how HR supports the wider business.
IT and Systems
You’ll understand how business systems drive operations and assist with user support, system access and system essentials. You’ll also spend time with the teams responsible for our business‑critical software, security and smaller IT projects.

Location requirement:
Our Head Office is located close to Birmingham Airport and this role will require availability to attend the office to ensure you can fully participate in each division. However, graduates will have the opportunity to regularly work in the field, alongside hybrid working.
