We’re looking for ambitious, curious graduates who want to learn how a modern, technical, customer‑focused business operates. Over this structured two‑year programme, you’ll rotate through key areas of the business, gaining hands‑on experience, building commercial awareness and laying the foundations for a long‑term career.

What you’ll experience

During the programme, you’ll complete rotations across areas such as:

• Business Development – supporting client engagement, tenders, marketing and commercial planning
• Projects – gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle, from design to delivery and review
• Service – working within our fast‑paced service operation, including time with field teams
• HSEQ – understanding safe, compliant operations through audits, risk assessments and reporting
• Procurement & Fleet – supporting supplier management, cost analysis and supply chain activity
• Human Resources – assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training and employee relations
• IT & Systems – learning how business systems support operations, security and critical software

Who we’re looking for

We’re interested in graduates who are keen to learn, proactive, analytical and confident communicators, with a genuine curiosity about how businesses operate. A background in Business, Finance, Engineering or Maths would be advantageous.

Location

The role is based at our Head Office near Birmingham Airport. Regular office attendance is required, alongside opportunities for hybrid working and time spent in the field.
